Who will be the inhabitants of Hopelandia ?

There will be approximately 30 adopted babies,10 boys and 20 girls, representing all races and countries of the world. They will be less than 1 year old. . They  will be educated with value of  love. They will be prepared to live out their lives in complete autonomy.
